Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us with questions at Sanctuaryemporiumkc@gmail.com. Please include the item URL link in your email so we can locate the correct information for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you believe you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the initial order. Please email us at Sanctuaryemporiumkc@gmail.com to initiate a cancellation. Beyond this timeframe, we can not accept cancellations.
